Freshman Lin Yan accidentally barges into the faculty dorm and walks in on Associate Professor Su Li fresh out of the shower, sparking an instant feud. By a twist of fate, he moves in right across from her and even becomes her teaching assistant. Online, they are gaming partners bantering and flirting with seamless chemistry; offline, their playful bickering and tests heat up the ambiguity between them. Competitions, professorship evaluations, sabotage from rivals, and unmasking follow one after another. A drunken kiss, sharing a hotel room, and revealing their gaming identities push their tension to the limit. Ultimately overcoming their teacher-student concerns, they realize their true feelings and find a sweet romance born from online unmasking and offline falling in love.
