Su Qinglan, a top marine science graduate, quits her job and returns to her hometown, only to find its tidal flats blackened and its coastal waters devoid of fish. She meets Jiang Yu, a young man who has been protecting the tidal flats on his own, and together they set out to develop sustainable shellfish farming. Along the way, they face repeated crises: intimidation by fishing bosses, price suppression by middlemen, and malicious rumors. Through scientific testing and traceability, traditional shellfish pickling methods, and transparent livestreamed operations, they gradually establish themselves. They lead villagers in forming a cooperative, renovating workshops, and building an ecological boardwalk overlooking the tidal flats. They even win over stubborn old fishermen and establish a sustainable, circular marine farming system. The once-barren, polluted tidal flats are transformed into a treasure bay with clear waters and abundant shellfish. Allí conoce por casualidad a Jiang Yu, un joven que protege las marismas por su cuenta. Juntos ponen en marcha un proyecto de cría ecológica de moluscos. Durante el proceso, se enfrentan a múltiples crisis: las trabas de los caciques pesqueros, la presión de los intermediarios para bajar los precios y los rumores malintencionados. Gracias a los controles y la trazabilidad, los métodos tradicionales de conservación de moluscos y una gestión transparente mediante retransmisiones en directo, consiguen consolidarse. Movilizan a los vecinos para crear una cooperativa, renovar los talleres, construir una pasarela ecológica para contemplar las marismas, convencer a los viejos pescadores más testarudos y establecer un sistema circular de cultivo marino. Las marismas, antes desoladas y contaminadas, se transforman en una bahía de aguas cristalinas y abundantes moluscos. Su Qinglan y Jiang Yu permanecen juntos entre montañas y mar, y además comparten gratuitamente con otras comunidades sus conocimientos para proteger el océano y prosperar, haciendo realidad una convivencia beneficiosa entre las personas y el mar.
