A Retired Auntie Transmigrates into the Abandoned Empress of the Cold Palace
Wang Guihua, a retired community director, opens her eyes to find herself transmigrated into the abandoned empress confined to the Cold Palace, with nothing but a bowl of spoiled rice to start with! She neither cries nor makes a fuss. Instead, she starts by giving the place a thorough cleaning, then opens a shop and grows vegetables, turning the Cold Palace into an exemplary community. Even the Emperor starts dropping by every day for a free meal! When the Noble Consort resorts to poisoning, hiring assassins, and arson, Wang Guihua counters every move with household registration checks, fingerprints, and public hearings. She also uncovers an old case from fifteen years ago and a forged imperial edict! A public examination of the handwriting exposes the Prime Minister, and the wrongful case is finally overturned! Meanwhile, inside her jade bracelet, her son's name gradually begins to light up, guiding her home. She's almost there!
