When I Depart, Love Arrives Too Late
After Su Qi is brought back to the Su family, she is framed by Su Mu, the fake heiress, while her biological parents and older brother treat her with cold indifference. During an avalanche, Su Qi rescues Mrs. Su, but Su Mu takes credit for the rescue and convinces her mother that Su Qi abandoned her and fled alone. While seeking help on her way down the mountain, Su Qi is deliberately run over by a hired hit-and-run driver at Su Mu's command. Before she dies, she signs an organ and body donation agreement, saving dozens of children. The Su family refuses to believe the news of her death and slanders her at a charity banquet. However, an investigative journalist and Professor Liang from a medical school uncover the truth about Su Mu's hypocrisy and cruelty. Fabricated photographs, rescue recordings, Su Qi's diary, and testimony from the driver responsible for the crash are exposed one after another.
