When My Husband Blushes, Peach Blossoms Fall All Over the City
To pay off her gambling debts, the demon-catcher Tao Yaoyao accepts a thousand-liang wedding-blessing commission to marry a stunning, terminally ill sickly young master for whom medicine is useless. She wholeheartedly protects her husband, unaware that he is the last god between heaven and earth, and that she herself is the very heart he personally carved out three hundred years ago. From the lighthearted humor of her marrying a sickly man out of greed, to the genuine emotional attachment growing from day-and-night companionship, the shock and sweetness of the divine lord revealing his true form, the destined sorrow of 'she turns out to be his heart,' and finally standing side by side to defy the heavens and fulfill the completeness of their first spring.
