I Won't Pay for This Order
Out of consideration for their past relationship, Chen Feng gives his cousin Chen Kai a job as business manager at his private restaurant, Yunyan. He even offers him a salary and commission far above the industry standard, repeatedly turning a blind eye to his arrogance and overbearing behavior. But Chen Kai takes things too far. Under the pretext of helping the restaurant impress its guests, he brings friends in for a lavish feast costing 238,000 yuan, not only expecting the entire bill to be waived but also trying to guilt-trip Chen Feng into paying by invoking their family ties. When Chen Feng publicly refuses and firmly demands payment, Chen Kai is humiliated and furious. Determined to prove that he can get by just fine without his boss cousin, he secretly accepts a 50-table anniversary banquet contract from the Tang Group at a disastrous bargain price of just 880,000 yuan.
