Lin Zhenxin, a sweet and gentle young woman from Taiwan, travels all the way to Northeast China, where she unexpectedly unlocks the supernatural ability to communicate with all living things and understand the thoughts of plants and animals. Through her kindness, she helps flowers, plants, stray cats, and dogs resolve their troubles, earning opportunities to make wishes. Along the way, she meets Lu Ye, a gentle veterinarian, and together they mediate conflicts among living creatures and rescue small animals. As their feelings for each other gradually grow, they embark on a journey to uncover their pasts, help Lu Ye and his mother reunite, and unravel the mystery of Zhenxin's own origins. In the end, the cultures of northern and southern China come together, and the two find warmth, healing, and a love that goes both ways.
