Carrying Back a Lamp on a Rainy Night
On a rainy night when she was fleeing a forced marriage, Jiang Sui barefooted saved a wealthy matron who suffered a sudden heart attack, and her life reversed from that moment on. From being a tool for her adoptive mother to gather wealth, to an ordinary tally clerk in Cheng's warehouse exposing corruption, she stood her ground with an unyielding resilience, coming to know and love Cheng Jingchuan, who had misunderstood her. When the Cheng family went bankrupt overnight due to a villain's scheme, she remained steadfast by his side, taking out all her savings to start a rural logistics business from scratch. Husband and wife shared one heart to turn the tide against the wind, ultimately taking charge of the Cheng Group and living to become her own backing.
