Li Mo was betrayed by his ex-wife Zhou Lin and partner Wang Qiang, who colluded to seize his exclusive hotpot recipe and restaurant shares, kicking him out with only 150,000 yuan in compensation. In his lowest moment, he met the equally down-and-out Su Qing, and the two decided to partner up to improve the hotpot soup base and start anew. Facing Wang Qiang's malicious disruption, predatory pricing, and framing, they held fast to ingredient quality and honest business principles, winning customers over with authentic flavors. In the end, Li Mo not only built a hotpot chain brand and achieved an inspiring comeback, but also found mutual understanding and true love with Su Qing.
