Reborn in the 1980s, the Outrageous Old Lady Sets Her Whole Family Straight
Before her death, bedridden Granny Hu, who had suffered a stroke, witnessed her children turning against one another over the demolition compensation money, while the daughter who had devotedly cared for her was cruelly kept outside the door. Dying with resentment, she is reborn thirty years in the past. She abandons her old ways of favoring sons over daughters and exploiting her daughter to support her sons. She outsmarts her biased mother-in-law, disciplines her ungrateful sons who sponge off their parents, and protects her kind daughter and son-in-law. By establishing family rules, collecting household contributions, and planning a business venture, she takes charge of her family once again in a small county town in the 1980s and changes everyone's fate.
