Cultural Relic Restoration: It Begins with Understanding Ancient Antiques
Shen Nuo, a first-year university student, can hear cultural relics speak. She corrects restoration mistakes made by the renowned expert Zhou Changgeng and stakes her student status on saving a lacquerware artifact, becoming famous overnight. She later relies on the inner voice of an ancient bronze ding vessel and cleverly uses pickled mustard tubers to solve a difficult problem. To conceal her supernatural ability, she spends three years diligently mastering professional knowledge and sees through a trap involving fake artifacts set by her opponents. After graduation, Shen Nuo joins the National Museum of China. Zhou Changgeng is punished for academic fraud, while she receives the Lifetime Achievement Award in Cultural Relic Restoration. In the end, Shen Nuo realizes that her mission is to protect and listen to the stories of cultural relics spanning thousands of years.
