Return: Big Sister's Slap Hurts a Little
After being away from home for eight years, Shen Nian drives a sports car back to Qingshui Village. As soon as she enters the village, she clashes with Zhao Meilan, the domineering village chief's wife, and a single slap leaves everyone stunned. After her father dies suddenly, she notices the strange behavior of her stepmother, Wang Xiufen, and the village doctor, Lin Yuan. She discovers that her father was actually poisoned to death and finds Zhao Meilan's bloodstained, broken earring under his pillow. As Shen Nian investigates, the three repeatedly try to harm her. She pretends to be weak to sow discord among them and secretly records their confessions about poisoning Shen Changhe, stealing identities, and covering up a fatal mining accident. In the end, Shen Nian single-handedly subdues all three killers and publicly exposes all the evidence. She donates the family home to build a rural primary school, completes the paperwork to change her surname, and leaves the village with carefree confidence.
