After the post-apocalyptic cataclysm, civilization collapsed, leaving the Fortress of Rock and Dawn City in mutual hostility. Test Subject Kong faked his death and took the alias Ouyang Kong, accepting a commission to escort the Dawn squad and secretly intervening multiple times to resolve Abyss Beast crises. With Lisa's mysterious disappearance, past conspiracies gradually come to light. After politely declining invitations, he resolutely rushes toward Dawn City, brushing past the Rock esper Lu Jiuyin on his way as a new crisis quietly looms.
