Lin Xingwan, an award-winning screenwriter, once helped her friend Gu Yuan rise to fame and become a Best Actor, only to have him and plagiarist Bai Rui seize her property and steal her screenwriting credits. No longer willing to back down, Lin Xingwan clears out the production crew, reveals her property ownership documents, freezes the copyrights, and sets a trap that leaves Gu Yuan's funds cut off. Gu Yuan smears her during a livestream, but Lin Xingwan publicly exposes the pair's misconduct with evidence. In the end, they reap what they sow.
