Li Weidong is reborn and returns to the educated youth settlement. In his previous life, he committed perjury to please his fiancée, causing the kind-hearted Shen Xuening to be falsely accused, humiliated, and ultimately freeze to death in the Great Northern Wilderness. On the very night of his rebirth, he decisively retracts his testimony and clears Shen Xuening's name. He then investigates the accounts, verifies the evidence, and exposes the person behind the frame-up. Li Weidong rinasce e torna all'insediamento dei giovani istruiti mandati in campagna.
