Ten years ago, he left without a word. She held on to a promise of waiting for him, waiting for a full decade. Nine years later, dressed in old clothes, he stood outside her doorstep. A little girl looked up and asked him, Uncle, who are you looking for? With red eyes, she walked out. Having not seen each other for ten years, she could not utter a single word. Looking at the girl whose features resembled his own, his throat tightened. A letter delayed by ten years, a room kept for ten years, an old ring worn for ten years.
