The Crown Prince of Great Yan was ambushed and died in battle at Qianzhang Yuan. Having lost his protection, Eighth Prince Xiao Wanping (a time traveler) has no choice but to feign insanity (foolish by day, clear-headed by night) to protect himself in the treacherous palace. Seventh Prince Xiao Wanrong takes the opportunity to come over and humiliate him, but Xiao Wanping, under the pretext of 'putting out a fire' while acting crazy, kicks him on the spot and turns him into a eunuch. Although Emperor Jing is furious, considering Xiao Wanping's illness, he refrains from harsh punishment.
