Sitting on the Wrong Ox Back, Marrying the Right Groom
The Wang sisters get married on the same day; Wang Xiuru is betrothed to Zhao Tiezhu, and Wang Chunni is married to Lin Weiguo. On the bridal procession way, water buffaloes fight, causing the two brides to accidentally switch places, which starts a farce of a wrong marriage. Bound by village rumors, the four temporarily hide the truth, experience a brief misplaced coexistence, and quietly nurture different feelings. After marriage, Xiuru suffers all kinds of mistreatment from her mother-in-law, and resolutely divorces to break free from her shackles; Lin Weiguo also writes a divorce agreement to end their loveless marriage.
