Saved a Rabbit, She Gave Me Three Pieces of Gold
Stonecutter Lu Chengshan rescues a small rabbit that can turn things into gold. To repay him, the rabbit gives him three pieces of gold with an agreement to return to the mountain the next day. However, the abundance brought by the gold quickly feeds the greed of the couple. They break their promise, imprison the rabbit, force her to turn things into gold again and again, and even abandon her in a desolate stone pit. Fortunately, a poor youth named Xu Anping rescues her at great peril. The rabbit returns before the people, exposing the lies and greed of the Lu couple. After losing the gold, the couple sells their new residence and old house to repay their debts, only to find that while financial debts can be cleared, lost trust can never be recovered.

O coelho regressa perante as pessoas, revelando as mentiras e a cobiça do casal Lu.
