Facing technical difficulties and differences in performance philosophy, the group rehearses repeatedly, uncovering the true past of a female healer who saved the village, and making the goodwill of ordinary people the core of the story. Before the performance, the master's old injury flares up, and Lu Qinghe bravely takes the rods, completing the show with the cooperation of partners. Afterward, the master and apprentice open small classes for apprentices, letting children get close to shadow puppetry so that the ancient craft is passed down through generations in perseverance and innovation.
