Song Yun'er is a born jinx cursed with bad luck. Accidents plague her on film sets, causing her to be abandoned by the crew and cast out by her family as an omen of disaster. With nowhere left to turn, she rents a cheap apartment and unexpectedly crosses paths with Jin Yi, a mysterious, handsome man who possesses the miraculous luck of a koi fish. One is so unlucky that even cold water gets stuck in her teeth, while the other holds boundless good fortune. What seemed like a heaven-sent salvation turns upside down when his luck repeatedly fails around her. As the roommates bicker and banter, feelings quietly blossom, yet the tribulations of fate follow closely behind. Jin Yi attempts to use his powers to free Song Yun'er from her misfortune, inadvertently defying the cosmic law of conservation and triggering an unforeseen chain of disasters. With loved ones suffering sudden misfortunes, misunderstandings, and separations, an ancient hidden destiny is about to unfold.
