On his deathbed, Old Man Hu burns a fake bankbook. His three sons only care about fighting over money, shoving all funeral duties onto his devoted daughter, Hehua. She exhausts her savings to give her father a dignified burial, only to be saddled with massive debts he unknowingly incurred from a scam. As her brothers flee responsibility, Hehua grits her teeth and sells her possessions to repay the debts. Later, upon uncovering her father's hidden inheritance and notarized will, she fends off her greedy brothers and sisters-in-law to establish an elderly care charity. Eventually, remorse touches her siblings' hearts, leading the family toward redemption and reconciliation.
