A Cup of Water Drives Away Lao Song, the Boss Regrets It Bitterly
After dedicating twelve years of hard work to Ruiheng, Lao Song never expected that when the brothers were too busy to eat until their food went cold and simply wanted to pour a cup of hot water, they would be publicly humiliated by the manager! Not only did the boss refuse to back him up, but he also advised him to look at the big picture. Lao Song led his team away, yet the manager boasted wildly that if eighteen people were missing, he would find thirty! Who would have expected the newcomers to cause trouble while rushing the job, leaving workers injured and the project inspection in ruins, with rework costs temporarily estimated at 128,000. Meanwhile, Lao Song won a chain hotel project through his genuine skills. To make matters even more embarrassing, the stranger scolded by the manager turned out to be the undercover client representative! When the boss personally comes knocking and offers a high price to beg him back, Lao Song refuses to look back ever again.

Siapa sangka pekerja baharu melakukan kesilapan semasa tergesa-gesa menyiapkan kerja, menyebabkan pekerja cedera, pemeriksaan projek gagal, dan kos kerja semula dianggarkan sementara sebanyak 128,000. Sebaliknya, Lao Song memenangi projek hotel rangkaian melalui kemahiran sebenarnya.
