Married for eight years, full-time mom Lin Wan is thrown a divorce agreement by her husband at their eighth anniversary dinner. The house and savings all go to him, with only twenty thousand as compensation. Her mother-in-law chimes in to humiliate her, and her husband threatens to snatch away their daughter. Holding back her tears, she accepts the agreement, and that night digs out eight years' worth of ledgers, voice recordings, and transfer records, moving out of the home with her daughter. Returning to the workplace, she uncovers four hundred thousand in questionable funds and steps by step gathers evidence.
