Shadowless Beneath the Lamp, Nameless
Shadowless beneath the lamp, nameless. She has no name, and the name she uses, Wu Ming, is borrowed. Two hundred years ago, the Scribe cleaved her into three scrolls with a single strike: the Map, the Bone, and the Rubbing. The strongest half was sealed inside the Wall of the Broken Realm, while the rest was cast into the mortal world to be forgotten. Every time she uses even a fraction of her power, a piece of her memory is rubbed away. The stronger she becomes, the closer she gets to forgetting herself completely. But she refuses to accept her fate. A white-fronted tiger that has lived for two hundred years is waiting for her. A man named Pei Qing sacrificed half his life for her and carved his name into her palm, just so that even if she forgets the entire world, she will never forget him. Carrying the Map Scroll, she steps into the Mist Market to confront the Scribe.
