Dividing Parents and Abandoning Mother Ends in Void
For personal gain, the eldest son Fugui and his wife Yufen forcibly separated their elderly and physically inconvenient parents to support them separately, and also extorted money from the wealthy second son (Mingchuan) by making demands. Mingchuan and his wife wanted nothing more than to reunite their parents to enjoy their old age in peace, but were repeatedly extorted with increased demands by the eldest brother and sister-in-law. In the end, the second son exposed their true colors, refused to give money, welcomed his parents back to his side, and also made the eldest brother and sister-in-law move out of the parents' homestead, as good and evil finally get their retribution.
