After Watching Dramas at My Desk, the Boss Panicked Completely
I've been the company's top salesperson for three consecutive years, yet my year-end bonus was only 6,000 yuan. Meanwhile, the connected employee next door who spends his days making tea received 60,000 yuan. I didn't argue or make a scene. I simply returned to my desk, opened a packet of spicy snacks, took out my phone, and started watching a drama. The boss came over and asked, "Why isn't our top salesperson out meeting clients?" I casually cracked some sunflower seeds and pointed at the tea-making employee. "Let him do it. His bonus is ten times mine, so he must be ten times more capable." The boss laughed. What he didn't know was that 80% of the company's clients recognized only me, Lu Shen, not his lousy company brand. A heartwarming ending with positive values.

Selama tiga tahun berturut-turut, aku menjadi tenaga penjualan terbaik perusahaan, tetapi bonus akhir tahunku hanya 6.000 yuan. "Suruh dia saja. Bonusnya sepuluh kali lebih besar dariku, jadi kemampuannya pasti sepuluh kali lebih hebat." Bos tertawa. Namun, dia tidak tahu bahwa 80% klien perusahaan hanya mengakui aku, Lu Shen, bukan merek perusahaan menyedihkan miliknya. Akhir yang hangat dengan pesan positif.
