Seven Feathers Become Debt
Umbrella-maker A Yan saves a spirit raven Xuan Yu that can find lost items, relying on it to help people recover lost objects, and his impoverished life rapidly improves. Mother Liu Niang, in order to buy back her late husband's old shop, relentlessly forces Xuan Yu to find valuables hidden by others, causing seven life feathers to fall out one after another. A Yan knows this is wrong, but due to filial piety and weakness, repeatedly obeys his mother and chooses to compromise. Until A Tang loses her only home because of them, he realizes that his connivance also hurts people, opposing his mother for the first time and actively repaying the crow debt.
