Seventies: Pushed Into the Water, I Bring a Matrilocal Son-in-Law Home
In the seventies, Liu Hao was watching the excitement by the river, but was knocked into the water and casually fished back the handsome educated youth Shen Qinghe. While others were busy getting married, she insisted on taking in a son-in-law, riding a bicycle to welcome the groom into her home. Relatives coveted money and food, but she and her shielding parents met every move with a counter-move, not willing to take even a half-loss. She did not allow others to mock her husband, nor did she let anyone bully her wife-like husband. The young couple's days had sweetness and bickering, yet the reborn cousin secretly set up schemes. Successive mountain forest accidents made the two discover that the person they should guard against the most was actually sitting at the same dining table every day.
