Showdown: Acting Poor and Returning Home to Be Pampered Season 2
A flood caused Liu Cuilan to be separated from her family in her youth, and the obsession with finding her relatives lingered for over forty years. With the help of her children Su Wan and Su Lei, she finally awaited the opportunity to reunite with her family. Coinciding with her father's eightieth birthday, the wealthy Su Wan booked a luxury private room, intending to let her mother return to the family clan in grand style. However, Liu Cuilan changed into plain clothes and attended the banquet low-profile, only wanting to see through her relatives' true intentions. Unexpectedly, a crowd of relatives saw her dressed simply and mocked her openly, sneering even after learning the private room was booked by her daughter. Just as Liu Cuilan's heart turned cold, Su Wan and Su Lei made a domineering entrance to expose their identities. The snobbish relatives regretted it too late. A long-awaited family reunion ultimately staged a face-slapping counter-attack.
