Seven Years Thrown by the Sea
Zhong Shuzhi's seven-year-planned seaside trip finally happened, but while taking pictures at his much-longed-for into-the-sea railway track, he was collectively abandoned by his fiancée, elder sister, and childhood friend, all just to accompany his buddy Fan Ziyang to buy fruit. He left alone and suffered a car accident on the way, becoming deaf in both ears. When he called for help, the three of them assumed he was acting pitiful for revenge and hung up one after another. It was not until the hospital managed to contact his family that they woke up to the truth and rushed to the hospital to make frantic amends. Faced with the late apologies, Zhong Shuzhi left with a dead heart. Some feelings had long since turned sour, and he chose not to look back.
