Just Because of 100 Yuan, I Shut Down the Factory
Chen Boyun returned to his hometown and built a factory to give back to his fellow villagers. Unexpectedly, on the day of his father's funeral, his older cousin Guo Gang led the villagers in blocking the coffin and preventing the burial, claiming that their wages had been underpaid by 100 yuan and using the excuse to extort money. After transferring the money to settle their grievances once and for all, Chen Boyun discovered that Guo Gang had deliberately orchestrated the scheme to cover his son's gambling debts and conceal kickbacks from construction projects. Faced with Guo Gang's insatiable greed, Chen Boyun refuses to back down and publicly announces the closure of his money-losing factory. He exposes Guo Gang's misdeeds one after another, shatters his fabricated rumors, and ultimately drives him into bankruptcy and onto the streets. In the end, Chen Boyun chooses honest partners and starts a new business, remaining true to his conscience and principles. Good and evil ultimately receive their just rewards.
