My name is Shen Yan. After living for twenty years, I only just discovered that I was merely medicine raised by someone else. My master raised me for twenty years just waiting for the day my bloodline matured so he could use me to change his fate and extend his life. Upon finding out, I fled through the night. On a stormy night at the edge of a cliff, teetering between life and death, a black supercar tore through the curtain of rain. A woman in a black slip dress stepped toward me and saved my life. She said I am the sole orthodox heir of the Spirit Guardian lineage and brought me to a dilapidated old mansion, where my spiritual meridians awakened. Since then, I opened an antique shop—selling antiques as the main business, catching monsters on the side. If demons hold grudges, I cross them over; if ghosts seek vengeance, I investigate; and if humans do evil—I collect them for you!
