Spirit Spring Illuminates the Meridians: A Record of Spirit Guidance by an Outer Sect Disciple
The spirit spring of Qingyun Sect suddenly dwindles, the spirit fields wither and turn yellow, and the sect's grand assessment faces cancellation. Shen Yanqing, an outer sect disciple, is questioned about his qualifications, but he discovers from Su Yueming's records in the medicine hall that the spirit fields and the spirit spring share the same meridian. Using medicinal dregs to nourish the fields and moonlight to draw forth the spring, he gradually clears the secondary and main meridians. Facing trials and skepticism, he refuses to argue over momentary pride, answering only with continuous records and tangible results. On the day the spirit spring flows again, Shen Yanqing also wins the sect's recognition and turns his method of protecting the fields into a handbook to share with everyone.
