An old rice mill is on the verge of shutting down, its towering piles of rice husks regarded as worthless waste that nobody wants. Yet a young man returning to his hometown sees a new opportunity in this "rubbish": compressing the rice husks into biodegradable seedling pots and eco-friendly packaging to reduce white pollution in the fields. Initially facing his family's doubts and the villagers' skepticism, he tests materials and tunes machinery over and over, figuring out the formula through failures and verifying the results in the soil. Touched by his persistence, agricultural technicians offer their support, and his father transforms from wanting to "just close down" to standing by his side to protect the mill.
