A truck driver was removed from the ecological relocation list by the corrupt village chief on the pretext of having an old family well. Instead of arguing, he built a massive underground reservoir ahead of time. When a severe drought struck, he refused to profit from the disaster, donating water freely for relief, exposing the village chief's corruption, and repelling ruthless developers intent on forced demolition. Upon discovering premium underground mineral water, he opened a plant and founded a drought relief fund, bringing hope to parched remote villages and altering his destiny through acts of benevolence.
