Lin Nuo, an influencer food vlogger, has long suffered from body anxiety. After an incident with a group photo at a class reunion, she suffers an emotional breakdown and gets into a fierce argument with her mother. In an attempt to change her, her mother freezes her bank cards and sends her to Xingcun in Mount Wuyi to live and work at elderly tea farmer Grandma Mei's tea workshop.
