Victor, the head of the Empire Casino, quietly returns home after spending two years expanding business in North America. Wanting to formally approve of Jason, the boyfriend of his daughter Sophia, he visits the casino's luxury boutique to select a gift for their first meeting. Meanwhile, Jason is fooling around with Luna, the casino's brand ambassador, who slips into a coma after taking illicit substances. Passing by, Victor steps in to rescue her, only for the two to twist the truth and frame him for sexual assault. Arrogant and lawless, Jason publicly humiliates and violently beats Victor, even kicking a pregnant bystander who speaks up for justice, showing complete disregard for human life and casino rules. Throughout the ordeal, Victor reveals his true identity, but no one believes him; his phone is smashed, the cherished keepsake of his late wife is destroyed, and he is subjected to brutal torture by Jason. Just as Jason prepares to disfigure Victor with acid, Sophia senses something is wrong and rushes to the scene.
