The Boss Says Rules Are Heaven, I Follow the Rules to Make Him Cry
Lin Yue is the core architect of the "Skysphere Project", having fought a hard battle for two years to revive a failing project. Zhang Jian, a parachuted director who does not understand technology, usurps her credit. When Lin Yue is five minutes late to a meeting and willing to make up the working hours, her 300,000-yuan year-end bonus is publicly revoked. From then on, she comes and goes strictly on time, no longer covering for anything unpaid. Zhang Jian applies PUA pressure, convinced she wouldn't dare resign. A compatibility failure erupts in the project, and the bailout team formed by Zhang Jian incorrectly modifies parameters, crashing the test environment. Faced with accountability from superiors, Zhang Jian forces Lin Yue to fix it, but she pulls out an instruction order requiring Zhang Jian to sign and take responsibility. Only then does Zhang Jian see clearly that the lifeblood of the project is held in Lin Yue's hands. How will this confrontation end?
