On New Year's Eve, Jinding Restaurant superstitiously adopts an AI kitchen system and fires the veteran console master Uncle Dao, but unexpectedly the system completely collapses. Taking up the favor, Uncle Dao takes over the century-old restaurant Rongji, making a desperate comeback with traditional culinary skills of human-brain console and listening to sounds to discern heat. Facing malicious sabotage by competitors, he leads a group of chefs to guard the craftsmanship, interpreting the fireworks of Chinese cuisine, and ultimately rushing toward a bigger stage.
