The Client I Secured, Yet the Commission Went to the New Director
Zhou Chengyuan worked hard for the company for over half a year, securing a 2.4 million six-store project. He should have received a commission of 72,000, but in the end only 8,000 remained. The remaining 64,000, along with the project's credit, were entirely taken away by the new sales director, Du Weiqian. Leaders advised him to consider the bigger picture, but he decided to settle every single account clearly. From submitting a formal objection to returning to the client site, from resolving store difficulties to fighting for project leadership, Zhou Chengyuan took every step seriously, solely to take back the money and dignity that belonged to him.
