Ye Mochen, the Demon Lord and strongest being in the Six Realms, vanished after a battle with the Immortal Realm a hundred years ago. Taking the name Ning Yechen, he lived in seclusion in the human realm’s Demonic Beast Forest. When Luo Hongying, the empress of the Immortal Realm, was pursued by enemies, he saved her from a thousand-year-old aphrodisiac poison by sleeping with her. Ten years later, a gravely wounded Luo Hongying brought their daughter, Ning Yeye, to the forest to find him. Ning Yechen resolved to fight his way into the Immortal Realm and seize immortal medicine to save his wife, so their daughter could have a complete childhood. While keeping his identity hidden, he wiped out wave after wave of pursuers. Eventually, he discovered that people in the Immortal Realm were not the only ones coveting his wife’s and daughter’s special constitutions: someone mysterious in the Demon Realm was also eyeing the Demon Lord’s throne.
