True heiress Li Ruoyu is bound to a courtship system: her mission is to confess 99 times to win over Zhou Jin, or face annihilation upon failure. Rejected on her final confession, she awaits death, only for Zhou Jin to die instead. The system reassigns her target—demanding she court herself—with an initial self-favorability of just 2. Mr. Zheng uses company shares to force Li Ruoyu and fake heiress Zheng Fei to compete for an arranged marriage into the Wu family. Meanwhile, Wu Ju is actually Zhou Jin transmigrated anew, scheming to exploit her female lead aura for personal gain. No longer eager to please others, Li Ruoyu invests money to better herself, studies business warfare, injects capital during a corporate crisis to seize power, exposes Wu Ju's commercial fraud, and thoroughly breaks free from her fate as a bargaining chip.
