For ten years, veteran electrician Li Cheng spent his own money repairing his neighborhood's wiring, paying advance electricity fees, and even purchasing an 80,000-yuan voltage stabilization cabinet to guarantee stable power. However, new property manager Zhao Qiang and streamer Wang Jianguo falsely accuse him of stealing electricity, demanding he hand over the distribution room key. His lawyer daughter, Li Wei, arrives with ten years' worth of receipts to clear his name and makes Zhao Qiang sign a waiver agreement. After Li Cheng legally retrieves his stabilizer cabinet, the refurbished second-hand unit Zhao Qiang installed overheats on a scorching night, plunging the entire residential complex into a crisis of blackouts and fire hazards.
