Zhao Weiguo has guarded the community's front gate for five years, strictly adhering to principles and protocol. Li Chunmei, an owner in Building 2, is anxious to renovate and move in. Liu Qiang, head of the renovation crew, brings in dangerous materials such as paint, thinner, and foam boards, yet lacks a registration form, a fire safety commitment letter, and the property manager's signature. Zhao Weiguo intercepts the truck and insists on following protocol, but Li Chunmei and Liu Qiang publicly accuse him of deliberately making things difficult.
