In the early hours, Qiao An repeatedly receives strange phone calls asking her to move a car, only to discover that her neighbor Tang Wei unauthorizedly put Qiao An's phone number on her BMW's move-car plate. Tang Wei repeatedly parks illegally and blocks roads, constantly harasses Qiao An, leaks her personal privacy, and even blocks the fire lane, delaying an ambulance. Faced with Tang Wei's tactics of distorting facts, hiring people to threaten her, and seeking revenge, Qiao An refuses to back down. She preserves audio and video evidence throughout the entire ordeal. With the help of neighbors and past victims, she strips away the facade of Tang Wei's family step by step, bringing all their malicious actions under investigation to protect the community's public safety and defend her legitimate rights.
