The Substitute Princess Consort of the Prairie Khan
Palace maid Jiang Heng is forced to take the place of Princess Jing Yi for a peace marriage to Chixiao. On her wedding day, her humble origins are exposed to the public, making her a potential discarded pawn between two nations at any moment. Yet she unexpectedly sees predictive bullet comments and is protected behind by the Khan Chi Na, who is rumored to be bloodthirsty. As it turns out, a bowl of hot porridge in the wind and snow three years ago had already linked their fates together. Stepping onto the prairie, she faces the harassment of old subordinates, market raids, granary conspiracies, and slow poisoning, and must also confront Jing Yi, who regrets the marriage and comes thousands of miles to seize her position.
