At birth, An Yan was drained of her blood by her misogynistic emperor father to save the crown prince, then cast away into the wilderness. Fortunately, she was raised by her master and achieved the pinnacle of martial cultivation. Entering the palace in search of her origin, she reunites with her mother Shen Qinglan and steps forward to break the enemy formation when Northern Desert invades. Later, the crown prince commits patricide to usurp the throne and colludes with evil gods to sacrifice all living beings. An Yan comprehends the true essence of the God of War, soars into the sky with her sword, slays the evil god with her own hands, and ultimately becomes the new sovereign and guardian of the world.
