Lin Shen and Shen Nian founded the "Time Post Office", dedicated to handling distress letters from different timelines. They discover that Lin Shen is not the only one writing letters — there are "messengers" all over the world. A mysterious organization, the "Time Council", emerges. It opposes changing the past, believing it will damage the timeline and lead to catastrophic consequences. The Council sends out "Time Hunters" to hunt down the messengers. Lin Shen must prove that tiny changes do not cause disaster, but save lives. He unites messengers around the world to wage a war across time against the Council.
