On her very first day at Yaochen Group, Ji Tang, a newcomer wearing dark-red glasses, stumbles upon dual contracts with 400,000 yuan incoming in the morning and 300,000 yuan outgoing in the afternoon. She originally just wanted to work quietly as an ordinary employee, but discovers that from the big boss down to the cleaners, everyone in the company is a consummate actor—putting on acts in meetings, acting in chat groups, shifting blame with dramatic flair, and saying one thing to your face while stabbing you in the back. Blessed with an extraordinary memory, she records every act of this grand drama into an encrypted notepad: power-money deals, coworkers backstabbing, and colleagues forced out after workplace injuries. She intended to make the best of a bad situation, but when her peers are pushed into a corner, she unites with fellow workers, using her meticulous records to tear down this rotten farce according to the law.
